The 2025 conference will be held at Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama, June 1-5, 2025. Auburn looks forward to hosting the HELUG Conference for the first time as we learn from industry experts and our peers.

Rob has been an integral part of the campus team tasked with introducing mobile credentials to students and employees as well as updating over 3,500 card readers throughout campus. Rob enjoys working as part of a team and believes in hard work, but also finds a way to have fun doing it. He is an avid sports fan; baseball being his favorite. When he is not cheering on his favorite team, he also finds joy hiking in the woods, attending a concert, or traveling with his family.
Martin has been at New York University since 2014. During his time at NYU he has worn many hats: Project Leader, Architect, Engineer, Systems Analyst, Tech Support.
His main area of responsibility now is Application and Data integrations. In part the questions he always asks are: what data should be going into systems, what rules need to be applied to the data, what data should be exported back out of the system.
In addition to his role at Detrios, Jason is the Vice President of Engineering at SwiftConnect, specializing in access control integrations. In this role, he leads a team of engineers in creating access control solutions that focus on the implementation and delivery of mobile credentials.
He utilizes collaboration with end-user clients, partners and team members to develop, adopt and implement identification and security solutions to his customers. He is reliable and driven by dedication, passion and a valued understanding of our industry.

Jeff is a member of NACCU – the National Association of Campus Card Users - and has a passion for working with Higher Education clients and partners to improve campus security while improving the student experience in this area.
He has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from WPI in Worcester, MA and an MBA from RPI in Troy, NY. He resides in Westfield, Massachusetts with his family.

Before working at Lenel, Brian spent 7 years working as a Value Added Reseller for 3D Design Software; providing demonstrations, technical sales, and then managing their application engineering and support groups. He holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Physics and served in the US Army.
When not working, Jeff enjoys spending time with his eight kids, 13 grandkids and roaming the great outdoors in his side-by-side.
To relax and unwind Dale likes to spend time with his three children and five grandchildren. He also enjoys making jewelry with his wife, rock collecting, and anything outdoors.
DB also leads Apple's efforts on Identity, bringing the first driver’s licenses and state IDs to Apple Wallet. Prior to Apple, he held product and technology leadership roles in payments and mobile applications at two start-ups and at AT&T Wireless Services. DB is a decorated veteran of the United States Coast Guard.
In 2002, she joined GE where she continued to expand her technical skills as well as leadership within engineering where she held many positions including of vice president of engineering. In 2008, Ewa was named Principal Engineer in the Office of Chief Engineer. As a deep technical subject matter expert in her field, Ewa focused on implementation of GE Security’s technology growth strategies for integrated products as well as developing technical talent within the company.
In 2010 Ewa joined UTC Fire & Security division of United Technologies. Ewa was named UTC Fellow for her deep software architecture expertise and contributions to the business. She provided mentorship to many women in technology across UTC and participated in the community by supporting STEM events. In 2013, Ewa assumed engineering leadership role as CTO at Lenel. Her focus was new product development and innovation as well developing technology partnerships to complement the overall Lenel solutions.
In 2024 with the Access Solutions acquisition by Honeywell, Ewa leads the Engineering team for the overall portfolio of LenelS2, Supra, Onity, and MAS businesses. Team’s focus is on developing next generation security solutions supporting cloud services, mobile credentials, and analytics enabling automated expert systems.
Ewa is the recipient of GE Security CEO Award, GE Women in Technology Award, as well as several patents for her work on mobile devices and integrated security applications. She is the recipient of Rochester’s Woman in Technology award from the local Rochester community for her contributions towards STEM education and promotion of women’s career development. Ewa is a University of California in Los Angeles alumna where she earned a B.S. degree in Mathematics and Computer Science.
For the last twelve years he has worked as the UKPD project manager for departmental projects and provided oversight on capital projects to include the integration and installation of the UK Central Security System, development and growth of the UKPD Technology Division, and had an integral role in the expansion of security technology for the university. Stephen maintains a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
As the company grows, we continue to expand in higher education as one of our main verticals thanks to the flexibility of our solution. In many ways PI's solution has become so flexible thanks to the requests of our partners in higher education.

Her primary focus at the moment is migrating campus off of old ILS hardware and executing a successful and long-awaited upgrade to Lenel OnGuard 8.2 in August.
As one of the original employees of Traka, Craig's leadership and intuitive business acumen lent to several other key positions, including R&D, Technical Manager, and Technical Operations Director, before becoming the VP of Sales & Strategic Business Development. In this most recent role, he oversees the technical solutions portfolio for over 20 industry channels and is responsible for America's revenue growth.
Since joining the company 23 years ago, Craig has had first-hand experience developing new product technologies based on customer feedback and relatable field experience, helping to ensure Traka's developments remain at the forefront of the key and asset management industry. From working with developing teams on Traka's first line of intelligent electronic lockers using RFID technology to launching the latest in partner integrations for Traka's next-level key cabinets, designed for scalability, flexibility, and sustainability, Craig is instrumental in ensuring sales operations and technical solutions are always customer-focused.
Craig moved from the Traka UK office in 2008 to help open the Traka Americas headquarters in Orlando, Florida. There he met his wife, Lacey. Together they enjoy spending time with their three children and cheering on the Mighty Red Liverpool Football Club.
