The 2024 conference will be held at Stanford University in Palo Alto, California, July 15-18, 2024. We will go back in time where the first HELUG Conferece was held in 2012 and we will look toward the future as we learn from industry experts and our peers.

Two airports are in close proximity to Stanford University and either are convenient to accessing the conference site in Palo Alto. They are:

There is a room block for HELUG Conference attendees at this hotel while rooms last and until June 21, 2024. This vintage boutique hotel built in 1924 has been recently renovated and is conveniently located within walking distance of many shops and dining options. This hotel is 5 blocks (7 minute walk) from a Marguerite shuttle that will take you to and from the conference each day so no car is needed. If you do have a car, no parking is included at this hotel, but there is nearby parking and a permit can be purchased for $8/day.
