2023 Conference hosted by Montclair State University
The 2023 conference will be held at Montclair State University in Montclair, New Jersey, July 10-13, 2023.
Below you will find information about this year's conference. We hope to see you this year. Planning to attend? Go ahead and register now and make your travel plans. Room blocks at the hotels expire on June 10 and June 19 (see below).
Travel Information
The best airport to fly into is Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR). So if you are flying in for the conference, be sure to book your favorite airline to EWR. If you are using another form of transportation, you are on your own. However, feel free to ask questions about this on our list serve.
Parking Information
If you plan to drive to HELUG, you can park at the Car Parc Diem lot on Yogi Berra Drive. It is a 5-10 minute walk from the parking deck to University Hall where the conference is located. Don't have a car? Take our shuttle (information in next section). Click on the thumbnail image of the parking to see the full size image.

HELUG Conference Rate - $189.13 / night (tax included)
There will not be a shuttle for this hotel, but if you prefer a Hilton property and have transportation, this is a good alternative. To make a reservation with this rate, call 844-335-2364 and mention you want the "HELUG Corp" rate. You can also book on the hotel website and use the Group Code of "90E". This room block will be available while rooms last and until June 19, 2023.
Conference Agenda
All conference events will be located at the Montclair State University Conference Center. This is located on the 7th floor of University Hall at 1 Normal Avenue, Montclair, NJ 07073. The conference center is provided for this entire conference by HID Global.
