HELUG began as a community of higher education Lenel OnGuard users. Our leadership team recently agreed to opened HELUG to higher education users of all three Honeywell platforms. Expanding the HELUG community gives every member a wider network of peers, a broader range of experience to draw on, and a stronger collective voice.
Whether your campus runs one of these systems or several, and whether you install hardware, administer the system, issue credentials, or lead your campus security program, you belong here. Membership is free.
On, HELUG! 2027 Conference Heads to Madison, Wisconsin
The 14th annual HELUG Conference will be hosted by the University of Wisconsin in Madison, Wisconsin, in the summer of 2027. Join peers from across higher education for sessions, hands-on learning, and conversations with the Honeywell team and our valued business partners.
This year’s conference is the first since HELUG welcomed NetBox and Pro-Watch users, which means a bigger community and more perspectives than ever before. Dates, registration, and the agenda are coming soon.
Looking Back: HELUG 2026 in Rochester, New York
The 13th annual HELUG Conference was hosted by Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, New York, June 7–10, 2026.
